My product has stopped working. What do I do?

If your product has stopped working or is no longer functioning as it should, we'll help you accordingly to our return and warranty-policy. We will take it in for repair and service, as well as a thorough quality control.

 

Send us the product by filling in the following warranty form; https://www.flowlife.com/eu/returns/

 

Once you have completed the form it will be processed by our system and you will automatically receive a return-shipment note. Print the note, apply it to the box in which you are using to send us the product. Finally drop it of at a DHL service point.

Once we have received the product it usually takes our workshop 2-3 days until it is ready to be sent back to you.
