If your product is defect or is not working as promised, we will of course help you!
We can then take your product to our workshop and do a thorough inspection, repair and testing.

When done your registration will be sent to our system, and you'll receive a return slip to your specified e-mail address. You then print out the return slip, tape it on a cardboard box with the product in it and hand it in at a DHL courier.
The product usually arrives to us within 1-5 working days and is expected to be checked, repaired and tested for another 2-5 days before being sent back to you.
